Powder Chili:
Chili pepper powder is manufactured through Spanish machinery which allows us to obtain a fine grain size with an excellent visual red color , and a spicy of 20,000 escovilles units, for this we use the Chilean variety Ají Cacho de Cabra.
Crushed Chili
Our chili chrushed is made with chili peppers, with granulometry flakes of three to two millimeters in diameter, with a spicy of 20,000 escovilles units.
